Arcadity.com
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Arcadity.com and its browser games, accounts, competitions, and social features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 2026-10-01
1. Eligibility and your account
Use Arcadity only where permitted by applicable law. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have any parent or guardian permission required in your location. Provide accurate account information, keep access to your email or connected sign-in provider secure, and do not share sign-in codes or impersonate another person. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Fair play and acceptable use
Do not cheat, manipulate scores or rankings, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, use unauthorized automation, bypass access or security controls, or disrupt the service. Do not harass others, post unlawful content, disclose someone else's private information, or infringe intellectual-property rights. Report a suspected exploit instead of abusing it. Arcadity may review scores, gameplay inputs, replays, and account activity to investigate rule violations.
3. Games, competitions, and virtual rewards
Game rules, time limits, scoring conditions, entry requirements, and rewards are shown through the game or competition interface and apply to that activity. Matches may include automated opponents. Network interruptions, leaving a match, or failing to submit a valid score can affect the result under the game's rules. Virtual coins, experience, rankings, and other in-game rewards are service features; they have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Do not sell accounts or virtual rewards, or use the service to arrange unauthorized wagering.
4. Your content and our content
You retain any rights you hold in profile content you provide. You grant us permission to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate your account and the public or social features you use. You must have the right to provide it. Arcadity's games, software, artwork, branding, and other service content belong to their respective owners. You may use them through the service for personal play; these terms do not grant a right to redistribute, resell, or misuse them. Rights and exceptions provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
5. Service changes and account restrictions
We may maintain, update, or discontinue features and may correct invalid scores or competition results. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. You can contact [email protected] if you believe an account restriction or result is incorrect. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in Account settings. Retention after deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Arcadity available, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free games, or preservation of every session or result. Third-party sign-in, email, and network services may affect availability. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Privacy, updates, and questions
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie & Storage Policy explain our handling of personal information and browser storage. We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes as required by law. The updated date identifies the current version. Contact [email protected] about the service, an account issue, or a dispute. These terms do not override any mandatory protections or rights available to you under applicable law.
